Journal#6 - Repercussions
The repercussions of blaming someone for something that they did not do could be very bad indeed. If you told someone that you were going to go to someones house and were lying and were really going to a different person house, this could be really bad. What if you got into a car accident on the way to the other persons house, your parents would assume you were at the original persons house and wouldn't suspect anything especially if you were spending the night.Hi Cara! I bet you will not notice that I added this into your journal, but it gave you some extra words, so do not complain. That would be awful. This is why you are always supposed to text your parents when you arrive places. What if you blamed someone for being a liar and they were really being truthful. Their reputation might be smited for a long time, if not forever. What if you blamed someone for killing someone else and they really did not. They just looked a certain way or they were perceived a certain way that put the blame on them. They could go to prison for ever, like for life. This would be devastating for that person family and that person. They could even be put to death. This has happened before like the West Memphis three. They finally got out of the slammer because they were alleged murderers of little boys but they really were not guilty. It is sad that these people were convicted in the first place but its also good they got out. You should never blame someone for anything unless you absolutely for one hundred percent know that it is true. Even then, it is debatable whether or not you should share that information with someone. Unless it is a big deal, like killing someone. But you should never be quick to judge someone or accuse them of anything. Unless you are accusing yourself. Because i think you would know whether or not you did something.
